The DPF EGR Lambda DTC Remover software is an automotive reprogramming tool designed to modify engine control unit (ECU) files to disable anti-pollution systems and remove persistent fault codes.
Main Features:
This software package automates complex modifications to engine mapping:
• DPF/FAP Off: Deactivation of the Diesel Particulate Filter and its regeneration cycles.
• EGR Off: Electronic closing of the Exhaust Gas Recirculation valve to prevent engine clogging.
• Lambda/O2 Off: Deactivation of lambda sensors (often after catalyst removal) to prevent engine lights.
• DTC Remover: Permanent removal of specific Diagnostic Trouble Codes from the dashboard and ECU memory.
• Additional Options: Depending on the version (like 2017.5), it may include AdBlue (SCR) removal, intake flaps, Hotstart, or speed limiter (VMAX).
Usage Process:
Usage typically involves three automated steps:
1. Reading: You must first extract the original file from your ECU using a reading interface (such as KESS, KTAG, MPPS, or FGTech).
2. Modification: Load this file into the software, select the vehicle model and the options to disable. The software then generates a modified file ("Fixed file").
3. Writing: Re-inject the modified file into the vehicle's ECU.
